Hi Amrita, Very good blogs dear :-), but i am really surprised that AB actually did beat some Exc, I must rather say I am shocked. But these things apart, I was not aware that u write so well too. N to one line i really agree n the jist of that is beautifully interpreted by one of the leading HR consultancy i.e People do not leave organisations rather leave their managers. So buddy keep up the good work. Will keep frequenting your blog, I really liked it. Cheers!!!
